I got into law because of my love for business. I was in business for 10 years before becoming a lawyer. Because of my real world experience I have a better understanding of business, finance, and communication than many of my peers. I know what it takes to run a small business which allows me to help small business owners to build and protect their business.
Owning a small business is a personal thing, and I get that, but I also know that sometimes you have to bring in someone to help pull the load. I am happy to review documents, draft contracts, or negotiate a complex deal on your behalf.
